COVID-19 pandemic: the rules to follow.
For a B&B it is not easy to face this situation. The regulations containment distances us from the spirit of warm welcome that has so far characterized our structure, but we will try not to completely renounce to human contact while respecting the protection of common health. We have studied a path so that you can live a quiet and pleasant holiday. The official directives require us to make explicit the rules to follow, although they have now become standard practice.
RECEPTION
Guests will have to check in separately from other guests who will be left waiting outside the property or on the sidelines. The body temperature will be tested with thermo-scanner, we reserve the right not to accept those who have temperature over 37.5 °. Will be provided a sanitizing gel for hands and plastic over-shoes.
GENERAL RULES
In all common areas it is mandatory to wear the mask and avoid crowding. Before entering the common areas you must wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or disinfect them with alcohol-based gel that is available.
BREAKFAST
The distance between the guests in the different rooms will be two meters and will be assigned at separate tables. Breakfast will be served on each table while an attendant will be available for every need. The structure uses single dose products to avoid as much as possible the promiscuous contact. All the equipment for breakfast as well as the dishes have been disinfected with high temperature washing or alcoholic solution.
ROOMS
The room is cleaned and sanitized every day by suitably protected and equipped staff. The bathroom fittings and floors are cleaned with bleach-based products. Other surfaces such as telephones, remote controls, buttons are cleaned with 70% alcohol solution as recommended by the WHO. Upon departure of the guests, the room is cleaned more thoroughly and completely sanitized. The linen is provided by an industrial laundry with certified washing process. The facility, with regard to heating/cooling systems that use heat pumps, has carried out a cleaning according to the manufacturer's instructions, when the system is stopped, of the recirculating air filters to maintain adequate filtering/removal levels.
INFOS
An adequate amount of information has been provided by means of signs and information notes, also translated into other languages, placed in all common areas and in the rooms in which it is informed of the obligation to respect the interpersonal distance of at least one metre in all common areas; of the obligation to use masks in all common areas for both guests and staff; of the obligation to wash hands frequently with detergent soap or hydro-alcoholic solutions and to wear gloves when carrying the customer's luggage. Interpersonal distancing does not apply to members of the same family group or cohabitants, nor to persons occupying the same room, nor to persons who are not subject to interpersonal distancing under current regulations (according to the National Guidelines "New Coronavirus SARS-COV-2: Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces of 22 May 2020").
